Tucked into a quiet corner of The Venetian, its vaulted ceilings, exposed brick and timber, walls of wine bins and well-spaced tables with high-backed chairs create a look that’s sharp and masculine, if bordering on cavernous and austere. To capture the pure character of this fine establishment, owner and world renowned chef, Emeril Lagasse chose none other than the Crittall Corporate W20 series Doors to create the perfect 10’x8′ doors and large arched side windows he was looking for.
